How to Use

Check Availability & Make a Reservation
Please check vehicle availability and apply from the reservation page. The vehicle pickup and return are basically at the port. Please be sure to select both the pickup and return ports as "Options". Please be sure to read the rental agreement before making a reservation.

Payment
You can choose from the following payment methods:
・Credit Card [VISA/Mastercard/American Express]
*Available only if departure date is within 50 days
・Bank Transfer - Please complete the transfer within one week of reservation.

Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed once your payment has been verified. Please note that cancellation fees apply from 14 days before departure. Details of cancellation fees can be found here.

Vehicle Pickup
The vehicle will be handed over at your desired port. At the time of pickup, the vehicle will be explained, a copy of your driver's license will be taken, and a rental contract will be signed.

Vehicle Return
Please return the vehicle to the same location where you picked it up. Fill up the fuel tank before returning. We will check the exterior for damage and confirm no equipment is missing to complete the process.
About Insurance and Compensation
Car Insurance
Our rental cars are covered by the following insurance policies.
Bodily Injury Liability
Unlimited per person
Property Damage Liability
Unlimited per accident (Deductible: Light Van: 100,000 JPY, Hiace: 200,000 JPY)
Personal Injury Protection
30 million JPY
In case of vehicle trouble during your trip, you can receive roadside assistance from the insurance company. (Service details depend on the insurance company's terms.)
Cases Where Insurance and Compensation Do Not Apply
In the following cases, the customer will bear full responsibility for all costs.
■ If the accident was not reported to the police (no accident report)
■ Accident caused by a driver other than the one registered at departure
■ Accident due to unlicensed driving
■ Accident caused by drunk driving
■ Accident during unauthorized use beyond the rental period
■ Cases where the customer is found responsible for usage or management
■ If unauthorized settlements are made
■ Other violations listed in the rental agreement etc.
Vehicle and Property Damage Deductible Compensation System (Optional)
Customers are fully responsible for damages to the rental vehicle (including all equipment).By enrolling in this system, the deductible amount for property damage will be compensated, reducing the customer's repair cost to a maximum of 110,000 JPY (including tax) per accident.
Compensation System Enrollment Fee Light Van: 1,100 JPY (including tax) / 24 hours, Hiace: 2,200 JPY (including tax) / 24 hours※ We recommend enrolling due to the high repair costs of camper vans.※ Non-operation charges described below will be charged separately.
About Non-Operation Charges
In the event of accident, theft, breakdown, or contamination requiring vehicle repair or cleaning, the following fees will be charged as business compensation for the period the vehicle is out of service.
① If the vehicle was driven back and returned to the scheduled location: 50,000 JPY
② If the vehicle could not be driven back and was not returned to the scheduled location: 100,000 JPY + towing expenses
If the out-of-service period due to repair is 2 days or more, an additional out-of-service compensation fee of30,000 JPY per day (up to 30 days) will be charged.
Q1.Can I drive a camper van with a regular driver's license?
Yes, you can drive with a regular driver's license. Those with automatic transmission (AT) restriction licenses can also use our vehicles.(In case of an accident, the driver is responsible. If the driver is a minor, the guardian is responsible.)
Q2.Can someone other than the renter (contractor) drive the rental vehicle?
Only those who have been confirmed with a driver's license at the time of rental and who have notified us in advance are allowed to drive.Everyone who might drive must present their driver's license.
About Reservations
Q3.How many days in advance can I make a reservation before departure?
Reservations are accepted up to 90 days in advance.
Q4.Can I send luggage to the store in advance?
We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged luggage, so we cannot store luggage in advance. Thank you for your understanding. There are post offices near the ports, so we recommend using their hold-for-pickup services.
